A personal project and one of the reasons I want to make video games. StarForge is a project I have been planning for years. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to find a team willing to put work into planning a development schedule for the project.

The team consisted of Joshua George, John Brooks, Gabriel Villanueva and myself.  Together, we focused on building a timetable that would have a quick turn around yet still be realistic.  The timeline has several scheduled weekly meetings for various team updates as well as cross discipline communication.  The timeline also is based on the idea that each part of the code would have its own team that would focus solely on the particular tasks of the team.  However, this could cause problems in that the teams might become insular and not keep up with the communication necessary to maintain integration of classes.
